In your AXA Account you can:

Don't wait for paperwork to arrive in the post. We save everything for you in your AXA Account. That way you know that whenever you need your policy details, they're safely stored online. We can also send copies to you by post, but may ask you to pay an admin fee.

In your AXA Account you can:

Some changes you make may affect the cost of your business insurance. Whether the cost rises or goes down, making the adjustment yourself in your AXA Account can save you money.
If you prefer not to adjust your policy yourself, we can do so for you but we reserve the right to charge an administration fee for any change or correction we make on your behalf.

Renewals
AXA gives you peace of mind at all times. So your business is continually covered, AXA business insurance renews automatically. When your renewal is due we'll send you an email so you can review your cover and renewal price. Staying with AXA is so easy. Providing you don't make any changes and we don't tell you otherwise, payment will be taken from the same method as before, your business insurance will renew and you'll have AXA protecting you for another year.
Cancellations
If you change your mind or if your circumstances change and you wish to cancel your business insurance, you will need to contact us.
Providing a claim has not been made, notified or is outstanding, it is possible to cancel your insurance and receive a refund.
You will get all your money back, minus an administration fee of £15, if you cancel your cover within 14 days of setting it up (the 'cooling off period') - it's as if your policy has never been in force.
Unless you are a member of a professional body which does not allow you to cancel your professional indemnity insurance once you have taken it, you can cancel your policy after the cooling off period and receive a pro-rata refund less an administration fee of £30.
